We take payment through paypal currently. You could pay via logging in your paypal account or pay with your credit/debit card through paypal without having a paypal account.All major cards are accepted : Visa, Delta, Switch, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Eurocard, UK issued Visa Electron and American Express. Some customers may want to pay with postal order or personal cheques, in this case, the items will be despatched until all payment get cleared which may take 3-5 working days.

All orders received by 4pm are despatched on the same day. Orders received after this time are despatched within 1 working day.

We ship products to all over the world, so feel free to shop with us wherever you are.

Within UK, First class mail usually will be with you in 2-3 working days, but it can take up to 10 working days to turn up. Special delivery will guarantee the next day delivery.

For Europe & rest of world customers, the delivery will be made within 10 working days from order.

If you receive the wrong item/faulty products or something is missing from your order then send us an email to sales@kettybeauty.com and we will sort it out for you within the hour, with the right item or a replacement item being sent out that day.

Prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT at 15% where applicable.

For deliveries outside of the UK, you may be required to pay any applicable Customs Duty charges in your own country.
